This colorful spread has something for everyone!  Starting with a base of a baguette slice or polenta square (GF), mix and match toppings until you find that perfect bite...or in this case it will be many! Toppings include: herbed ricotta, roasted tomatoes, hummus, lemony artichokes, zucchini jam, savory rhubarb chutney, crème fraiche and smashed avocado

CHEESE & SALUMI BOARD
Span the globe with an assortment of cheeses including fresh and aged, soft and firm, and cow, sheep, and goat's milk, and different types of cured meats. Paired with fresh fruit, preserves, nuts, local honey and an assortment of crackers and sliced baguettes. All you need to do is provide the wine!  

BURRATA, MOZZARELLA & TOMATO BAR
Giant balls of oozing burrata, fresh mozzarella, heirloom and oven-roasted tomatoes.  Served with cold pressed olive oil, an assortment of aged balsamic vinegar, pesto and a variety of sea salts.  Served with plenty of crusty bread

CRUDITÉS WITH PUMPKIN SRIRACHA HUMMUS & FRENCH ONION DIP
A colorful array of seasonal vegetables, served with pumpkin sriracha hummus and caramelized onion & gruyère French onion dip

MEDITERRANEAN MEZZE
Hummus, muhamarra, tzatziki, cumin-spiked chicken meatballs, roasted vegetables and sumac-pickled red onion with pita bread and lettuce wraps  

SLOW-ROASTED SALMON
Whole side of meltingly tender salmon on a bed of arugula, with chive yogurt, whole-grain mustard, picked red onion, seasonal slaw and a variety of crostini
