Cooking Class Ideas

Classes are customizable as far as menu, group size, and how hands-on you'd like them. The only constant is that you must have fun, learn a lot, and love what you're cooking and eating.
Some Things Savory
Learn how to make a variety of fresh pastas, including hand-cut tagliatelle, filled tortellini and ravioli, and the "little ears" orecchiette. Learn proper pasta cooking technique and how to sauce and finish your dish of pasta for that restaurant "wow" factor in your own kitchen.
ASIAN FINGER FOOD
Fill and fold pork and scallion, and vegetarian potstickers with a variety of dipping sauces. Roll coconut shrimp that are baked, not fried, and dunk into mango chutney.
