All menus are customizable and all build-your-own stations can also be set out as composed, bite-sized hors 'doeuvres. You choose the food and the feel, and then go have some fun!

Appetizer Stations

BRUSCHETTA BAR
This colorful spread has something for everyone!  Starting with a base of a baguette slice or polenta square (GF), mix and match toppings until you find that perfect bite...or in this case it will be many! Toppings include: herbed ricotta, roasted tomatoes, hummus, lemony artichokes, black pepper & toasted walnut ricotta, zucchini jam, savory rhubarb chutney, and smashed avocado.  

CHEESE & SALUMI BOARD
Span the globe with an assortment of cheeses including fresh and aged, soft and firm, and cow, sheep, and goat's milk, and different types of cured meats. Pair with fresh fruit, preserves, honey, and whole-grain mustard, and finish with wheat and rice crackers (GF) and and sliced baguettes. All you need to provide is the wine!  

BURRATA, MOZZARELLA, & TOMATOES
Giant balls of oozing burrata, fresh mozzarella, heirloom and oven-roasted tomatoes.  Delicately dressed with cold pressed olive oil and aged balsamic vinegar, and garnished with a variety of sea salts.  Served with plenty of crusty baguettes.

CRUDITE WITH SRIRACHA MISO HUMMUS & CARAMELIZED ONION WHITE BEAN DIP (GF,VG)
A colorful array of seasonal vegetables including tri-colored carrots, cauliflower, radishes, and peppers, broccoli, cucumbers, and celery.  Don't let your veggies go naked...served with plenty of sriracha miso hummus and caramelized onion white bean dip.

MEDITERRANEAN MEZZE
Not your standard chips and dip.  Hummus, muhamarra, squash baba ghanoush, tzatziki, cumin-spiked chicken meatballs, roasted vegetables, and plenty of pita bread and chickpea crisps (GF) for dipping. 

SLOW-ROASTED SALMON
Whole side of meltingly tender salmon on a bed of arugula, with the following accoutrements: chive yogurt, whole-grain mustard, picked red onion, radicchio slaw, and a variety of crostini.
